Women empowerment has to start at home and then only it can extend to Nation!!

Delivering multiple roles effortlessly women are indeed backbone of the society. Doting daughters, Caring mother , competent colleagues & there are many other roles are played flawlessly and with grace by women around us.

However, they have also been ignored in number of societies in many parts of the world. Which has caused women at large to bear the burnt of inequality, oppression, financial dependability and other social evils. Initially women were living in a bondage that restrict them  from achieving professional as well as personal heights. Initially there role in society was very restricted for only procreate a child after marriage and do all house core and just taking care of child and family, she was not considered as important part of society, women were always consider as secondary to take part in decision of the family as well as society. Although naturally man and women were made equal but over the period of time women have been suppressed, molested and molded by male domination. Recently in my Neighbour a girl was born and there was a deep Greif in the family which astound me completely that in spit of having 70 years of post independence we are still having this evil mindset of gender biasness and this is a situation in CAPITAL then what could be a condition in other states!! In country like India where its major population is rural and primary education is deep concern I find our country not even closure to achieve women empowerment and It is a high time we realize that,  “ We cannot all succeed if half of this world are held back”. Swami Vivekananda Once quoted that, “ There is no chance of welfare of the world unless the condition of women in world is improved, It is not possible for a bird to fly on only one wing.”

Women Empowerment is about participation of women at all front and improving the quality of life of a women. Women empowerment is freedom of women from the vicious grips of social, economical , political and gender based discrimination. Women empowerment does not mean deifying women but it simply means parity over patriarchy. I never advocate women empowerment is about carrying a briefcase to work and work  but about the primitive choice to live life, on her own effing terms. Women empowerment is about having a back of strong women behind you. Its about holding hands and shout out loud what you want from society. It simply about creating an environment where they can take decision of their life as well as for society. Women empowerment is  the social environment where women can live their life with self worth, dignity and respect. It’s about having equal rights for social and economic justice. It’s about having a safe working environment. It’s about to make their own choice and decision.

It is been a very long journey that we have travelled to come to a situation when women empowerment, women role in the society and words like feminism is now finally been discussed and talk about. So next question is  how can we achieve women empowerment??
There are various fronts which need to address to make women empowered.

Women empowerment that simply means equality. Gender equality and equal opportunity, equal rights and obligation. This is a time we realize and develop a culture of equal treatment to women at all front and inculcate a mindset of equality.

2. Education of women that inbuilt a women with life skills so that she can be independent, Higher education so that she can be capable to take part in financial, political and economical front of country.

3.  Legal & Political involvement, when women will take part in legal and political structure of country  then only women can have access to their basic human rights and create more friendly laws for women.

4. Economic Strength , when women will financially independent then women is empowered. This will not only influence the decision making at home but as a whole nation it will add to economy.

5. Most important It is a mind set people as society at large that need to be amend and  with correct mindset we can achieve impossible.it need drastic change in husband wife relationship, with family and with society.

6. Acceptance by society at large of women entrepreneur, women astronaut, politicians, financial advisor, auto rider, mechanic and all odd job that are predominantly preserved for male but now
women do it because she can.

7.And most important empowerment is not that is outside, its within. Its about recognizing yourself. And I believe its not only a women should stand for their rights but also hold hands of the other  women who are need but not able to standup for themselves because unity is strength.

8. Spread knowledge and its important for all educated people come out of your “ I have to earn zone” and start knowing and observing about social environment and do help, guide support , council uneducated and under privilege women around you. For that I am sharing some govt. Initiative plans please do read about them and spread this information .

Their understanding of how to raise a daughter So that she can be woman,  a stronger women of next generation!!  and As a women i condemn any preset notion which ask me to fit in molds of other people. As a women I am what I define to myself and I believe a women is empowered when she is as free and equal as our male opponent. Hope this information is useful and I request all reader please do spread awareness and hold hands of all women around you in empowering them. Also share any other useful information.

"HERO" ..Who do not save heroine...

There are some days in life when you don't feel good or feel low and these are the day you try to figure out what you actually looking in life and some how the question that makes you think what you want to do next. People like me who want to do so many things sometime feel there self in trap when they do less and constant question runs in their head...that was the same day.. .....and then like usual I was just surfing an internet and one article that caught my eyes..it revive me to new and makes me think more positive and then I continue reading and knowing more about the people who were like us at some stage of life but one thing that makes them different is they just didn't think but they DID!!

Sometime its very disheartening to know that they are very less talked about , their work is not been highlighted so that other also got to know what they did and how they did, so that other also be benefited and carry right set of mind about their responsibility.  Now a days new trend have started on social media which talk, talk and talk....rather than do!!..they are the people who are criticizer but not doer and this trend makes me think about Who real heroes are ?  What is perception of heroism that we are holding ? and is that we are living by example to our kids ? how as an nation we think about heroism and who are heroes for us? Is that are media is doing so much wrong by not letting us know about so many hero and is we are becoming so much victim of media trial that we make hero out of nothing and forget real heroes. who are these hero ? if they have not saved heroin then what they have done? then let me tell you about some of these hero who did not actually saved any heroin neither have given any false commitment but they have saved US !! yes they have restore the faith of large in good, kindness, hard work and determination , which sometime we feel has nothing to do in our country but that’s not true. these thought has nothing to do with country these are thought of failure and these heroes have saved us from being fail, by restoring our faith to work with determination, vision, high thinking, patient and persistence and most important their commitment to do something for country...

Let me tell you about some of these  , Madam C.B. Muthamma (First women IFS officer) who breaks the odd when we were not even born in 1948 . Mary Kom the boxing Champion and mother of two  before she won the medals for Nation. Harika Dronavalli's Indian chess Grand master & A champion who is very less talked about.   Kajal Roy, who taken it on herself to make Swach Bharat Abhiyan worked in Chattishgarh Jashpur district & for the cause she mortgage her jewelry to build 100 toilet.  Chewang Norphel (who is also called ice man of India) 79 year old retire engineer by profession who used his skill to create artificial glaciers to provide water in cold and dry mountainous region of ladhak. Kunjarani devi India’s first women weightlifter to win Arjuna award.  Hajabba the man who sold oranges to build a school in his village and gave his entire earning to cause near mangluru, one of the most inspiring person I read about, a living example of what you sow you reap.  Bisman Deu ,who at the age of 15 invented sustainable wood and promoting entrepreneurship in women. 12 year old Sharmila, who won national bronze medal in judo & a daughter proud house maid mother in Jalandhar.  Simon Oraon is 84 years old, a Padma Shri recipient and the man who has achieved the incredible and transformed the lives of thousands of villagers in Jharkhand with his massive tree-planting and water conservation efforts. Subhash Paleker,  who bring the concept of zero budget farming in India and teaches the farmer about organic farming with zero cost,  winner of various prestigious award. Wrestling coach Mr Phogat who break stereotype and train their daughter for sports which was reserve for boys only and bring laurel to country.  and there are many more heroes we came across some with small gesture change our life and some we don’t even know but changing are society to better but less talked about.

Thanks to the movies and media because of it we got to know some of these heroes but I am sure many of these are not heard about . These are the people who do not save heroine but save mankind and make it better. they are future who are saving future with their vision and zeal to life, which makes them do something about country and after knowing more about these heroes I realize heroes are not born but they built themselves each day with their strong vision and hard work. They are heroes because in spite of all odds they do not lose hope. They do not have  handsome and beautiful personality of course but they have got more than that and it's  their never ending will power. They are people who do not sit and give lot of speeches rather they led their lives by example by demonstrating us how to do, what we ought to do and most important they inspire you to think about what your nation need and what you should do for it. I feel very honored and privilege to know about all these people . They are people of commitment who do not give slogans and speeches rather just DID and kept their words that they might have said to themselves somehow. they are the people who actually taught us that there is no age and education limitation, when you really want to do something. Hero are mother of these soul and their teacher who must have inspired them.

Hope we are not victimized by paid media and twisted by social media and makes Hero out of Nothing..
Let's know more about our true heroes who are saving lives of many and setting example and making this world more beautiful space to live. Making us think to do more and celebrate their deed and follow their footprint to DO & not just speak...!!

It was a last summer when i was actually travelling in Delhi metro. I love travelling in Delhi metro specially in ladies coach..lots of colors, different fragrance, Kajal, you got to see lot of fashion, chatting, laughter, some time sort of fights, different culture even an hour journey could give you so many experiences. lot of different people but one thing is common their precious smile, courage and zeal of life.

Once a incident happen , A foreigner lady was travelling in metro she boarded at Rajiv Chowk it is yellow line and it was very crowded. there was no space to stand even ..and she suddenly utter...."they are pushing like animal ...crazy People" ...and when i heard it i felt this is a new experience for her but kept on thinking whether we are actually crazy???...Crazy for What...
and then when the time came i visited Mumbai..and my darling  friend explain me about scenario in local trains of Mumbai she explain how the festival are celebrated in overcrowded train, how people find all together new world,  you will see friendship, humanity, culture, and then i give a deep thought...and find it is crazy too...lolll..and kept on thinking why we Indians are so crazy..."We are Crazy Indeed" but still the question persist crazy for what??....

Well,  Yess we are crazy , Crazy about life!!...

we are crazy that we find happiness in anything whether its "when we find bhaiya who sold entire bunch of slipper at 50 bugs to entire compartment in Mumbai local or group of college girls who demo their play in Delhi metro". We are crazy that we have a travelling friends whom we met in trains only whether in metro or Mumbai local. we are crazy indeed that we are so diversified in culture yet we enjoy all festival Diwali, Holi ,Eid or Christmas. we are so crazy that we do not need any intoxication because we are already high in life. these women are crazy because in spite of every problem in their life these women keeps their head up and walk, work, struggle, and most important still smile and find their ways to happiness in their journeys. In Spite all those trouble in their life these women just know how to smile, how to share, love and give, they do everything house core to big business deals in office , they manage kids, family and work. these women are charismatic, they never let the world know what they are going through ..they are devoted to people around them, they are beautiful with all struggles in their life, they face everything with courage, they are giver, they are creator....whether its  journey of metro or journey of life they hold  everything gracefully and yesss yess yess they are CRAZY.... truly crazy and this craziness is their beauty...
